Quick and Easy Single-Serving Stovetop Mac and Cheese

Rich, cheesy, and satisfying, this Single-Serving Mac and Cheese comes together on the stovetop just as easily as macaroni and cheese from a box. Use any cheese that melts well, like mild cheddar, Gruyere, fontina, or provolone. Mix and match cheeses for new flavor combinations. This recipe doubles well for two (or if you have a big appetite!).
